COCOA BUTTER FROSTING 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Melt butter. Add cocoa and stir well. Add vanilla. Beat in confectioners' sugar and milk until smooth. Add additional sugar if necessary. Makes enough frosting for an 8 inch or 9 inch layer cake or 9 x 13 inch cake.
