CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. cubed beef
1 lb. cubed pork
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. onions
2 c. diced celery
1 can bean sprouts, drain and soak in water until ready to add
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat in skillet (Wok is better) with oil - add water, cook until tender. Add onions, celery. Simmer 10 minutes or until well done). Make paste of cornstarch water; add to above - add well drained and rinsed bean sprouts, soy sauce. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice or noodles.
