POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips (reg. not dip)

Blend butter and sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. CREAM VERY WELL; next blend in flour. Last, work in crushed potato chips. The dough will be thick. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
