GINGER COOKIES 
3/4 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
Sugar to dip in

Mix.

Cream sugar and Crisco, then mix in all other ingredients.

Roll in small ball shape (about size of dime) and dip in sugar. Space far enough apart, not to touch, on well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

These are absolutely delicious!
