3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. mashed bananas
3 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix all ingredients by hand. Bake in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan before removing.
