HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. mashed bananas

Mix together first 5 ingredients. STIR in eggs, oil to moisten. STIR in pineapple, pecans and bananas. Grease and flour three 9 inch round pans and pour in. Bake 23-28 minutes at 350 degrees. You can use a large tube pan. Bake 60-65 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing from pan.

FROSTING:

1 c. softened butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat until fluffy and frost cake. For the tube pan cake use 1/2 frosting ingredients.
