AUTUMN SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
3 c. water
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cubed potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. basil
2 c. tomatoes

Brown meat and drain grease. Then add onions and cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add tomatoes and simmer 20 minutes.
