IMPOSSIBLE PECAN PIE 
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/4 c. softened butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Sprinkle the chopped pecans into a 9 inch, greased pie plate. Place all of the above ingredients into a blender or electric mixer bowl. Mix together until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with electric mixer. Pour over pecans. Bake at 350 until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
