HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. plus 1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. hot tap water

Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa, add milk and vanilla, stir well. Pour into greased layer cake pan. Mix together remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle on top of batter in pan. Pour hot water on top of this. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm. Serve warm with ice cream. Yum Yum!
