BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 sm. heads broccoli, chopped or 2 (10 oz.) frozen pkg.
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can nacho cheese soup or 12 oz. cubed Velveeta
3 soup cans milk

In large pan saute onions in 1/4 cup butter. When soft add broccoli for about 3 minutes, stirring, then add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes approximately 8 cups.
