NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
1 (18 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnut meats
2 lg. (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate pieces

Combine first 5 ingredients in 4 quart saucepan. Stir over medium heat until blended.

Bring to boil over medium-high heat and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Make sure it is boiling.

Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and vanilla (nuts if used) until chocolate is melted. Pour into 2 buttered 9 x 9 inch pans and cool.

Yield - 5 pounds.
