AUSTRALIAN CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 sm. red pepper, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. chopped chives
Salt & pepper

Mix together and refrigerate; serve cold. To serve hot: Bake in 300 degree oven about 30 minutes, until hot. Do not over bake. Serves 8.
