FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
1 pt. fresh strawberries
2 or 3 bananas
1 lb. can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cut cookie dough into 1/4" slices. Arrange on lightly greased pizza pan and press together. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Blend together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add Cool Whip and spread evenly, over cooled crust. Arrange sliced strawberries around outer crust.

Next, overlap the bananas while placing them in a circle inside the strawberry circle. Continue making circles in this fashion (each one a little smaller circle than the last). Continue with the peaches. End with a mound of pineapple in the center. Top with Orange Sauce Topping.

ORANGE SAUCE TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Stir in sugar and cornstarch in a pan and add juices and water. Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool slightly and pour over fruit. Keep chilled until served.
