FRIED TURKEY 
1 fresh turkey breast
3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. water
Salt
Pepper

Slice turkey cross-grain about 3/4 inch thick. Salt and pepper to your liking. Mix batter of flour and water (it should be thin - add a little water if you need to). Deep fry hot and fast. Take up on paper towel or in a colander.
