GRILLED RED POTATOES 
Red potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Boil 20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and toss with 2-3 tablespoons olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5 or more minutes on an already hot grill.

Why, not step up a notch -- after boiling them, add oregano, grated Parmesan cheese, then grill using the indirect method.
