CROCK-POT CHEESE PIE | |
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated 1 can evaporated milk 1 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten 1 stick butter, melted 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1 1/2 c. macaroni salt and pepper Prepare macaroni as directed on package. Grease crock-pot with cooking oil. Mix eggs, milk and melted butter together. Fold in cheese. Drain cooked macaroni and add to other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into crock-pot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. |
