GRATED SWEET POTATO PUDDING 
4 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
1 c. sweet milk
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. coconut

Cover potatoes with milk to keep from darkening. Add other ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
