1 lb. linguine 6 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. sesame 1 bulb garlic 2 bunches scallions 1/2 c. lite soy sauce 4 tbsp. white vinegar 2 tsp. sugar Chop scallions. Separate green from white. Cook linguine. Heat oil, add garlic and whites of scallions. Stir 30 seconds. Turn off heat. Add remaining ingredients (except linguine). stir and pour over linguine. Mix well. Sprinkle top with greens of scallions. Tastes good cold or hot. For a change add shrimp or chicken. |
