SESAME WHEAT NOODLES 
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
8 oz. whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Heat oil on high-medium in saucepan. Add green onions, garlic and pepper flakes. Cook 30 seconds; remove from heat. Stir in hot spaghetti and remaining ingredients. Makes 4 servings.
