GUMBO 
2 lb. shrimp
4 toes garlic
4 lb. okra
2 cans chicken broth
2 large onions
1 large tomato sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil

Fry okra in oil until slime is out and browned. Keep mixing until browned. Put in a bowl and set aside. Fry onions and garlic until light brown in a pot. Add chicken broth and 2 cans water. Add tomato sauce and okra in and boil 1/2 hour. Add peeled shrimp and cook for 1 hour on low. Add extra seasoning for taste.
