WATER WHIP PIE CRUST 
3/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt

Whip shortening, water and milk until like whipped cream; beat in flour and salt until it sticks together well. Roll out between layers of wax paper. Makes 1 double crust pie.
