TORTILLA SOUP | |
1 med. onion, chopped 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 lb. stew meat 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup 3/4 c. water 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper 2 tsp. Worcestershire 4 corn tortillas, sliced Shredded Cheddar cheese Combine first 5 ingredients in large kettle and saute. Add next 12 ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Add tortillas last 10 minutes. Garnish with Cheddar cheese. |
