VEGGIE OMELET PIZZA 
2 tbsp. butter
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. flour
Dash salt & pepper
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
1 c. shredded cheese
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Bacon Bits

Melt butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat. In medium bowl scramble eggs with flour, salt and pepper. Pour into skillet. Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes until top is set.

Top with vegetables, cheeses and Bacon Bits. Cover and cook 2 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted.

To serve cut into wedges.
