STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
4 egg, beaten
1 c. strawberries, frozen, thawed and part of juice
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans, optional
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Beat eggs, add sugar until well blended. Add oil. Sift dry ingredients. Alternate strawberries and dry ingredients. Beat on low speed. Add nuts.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Makes 2 loaves.
