BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. Pioneer mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix Pioneer mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Add blueberries. Pour batter into paper lined muffin tins, 2/3 full.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned on tops.
