Top fresh spinach leaves with fresh strawberries and slivered almonds or canned mandarin oranges and pecans. Drizzle the Lemon Dressing on top. Shake together:

1/2 c. lemon juice (about 3 lemons, fresh squeezed)
1/3 c. sugar

Then add:

1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
