MACARONI SALAD 
4 c. shell macaroni, cooked
2 c. diced cooked meat
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped sweet gherkins
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. pickle juice
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt, pepper & parsley

Toss macaroni, meat, vegetables, pickles and eggs. Blend mayonnaise, pickle juice, onion and mustard. Add to macaroni mixture and toss; mix well. Add salt and refrigerate. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serves 8.
