HOPE'S PERFECT PIZZELLES 
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. anise seeds
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 lb. + 1 tbsp. melted butter
Pinch salt

1. Beat eggs, mix with sugar and anise.

2. Mix flour and baking powder.

3. Blend flour with egg mixture gradually alternating with the butter.

4. Cook batter by teaspoonful on a pizzelle iron.
