ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. grated whole zucchini
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together, mix dry ingredients together separately, and bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
