YEAST RAISED BLINI 
2 lg. cans Carnation evaporated milk
Water to make 8 3/4 c. liquid, combined
4 yeast cakes
2 tbsp. sugar
6 eggs, separated
1/3 c. oil
Flour to consistency
1 tsp. salt

Heat milk and water to lukewarm. Place yeast and salt into a bowl. When melted, add lukewarm liquids. Add flour to consistency. Let rise until double. Beat egg yolks; add sugar. Beat well, then add oil. Add this to yeast batter. Let it rise again about 1/3 more. Beat egg whites stiff; add to batter, mix slowly, and let it rise again until doubled. This will take approximately 3 hours. Lightly oil frying pan; pour batter into pan. When it begins to bubble on top, turn and brown other side.
