1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
Gummy worms

Crumble cookies in blender. Mix well cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, pudding mix and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer cookies and cream cheese mixture. It will make 3 to 6 layers in large sandpail (serve with shovel) or large flower pot (add silk flowers). Poke gummy worms (candy) on top so they are half inserted! Good eating!
