HAWAIIAN CRAB DIP (Cold) | |
1 can white crab meat, washed 1 c. sour cream 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped (1/2 c.) 1/2 sm. bag coconut Salt & pepper to taste 2-3 tsp. crushed pineapple Lettuce leaves Ritz crackers Wash crab meat and set aside to drain. Mix all other ingredients together. Mix crab meat with sauce and refrigerate until used. To serve: Place lettuce leaves in flat bowl and put dip in center. Serve with Ritz crackers. |
