CHICKEN TERIYAKI | |
1 frying chicken, cut up TERIYAKI SAUCE: 2 cloves garlic 3/4 c. soy sauce (low salt) 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. white wine 1/8 tsp. fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ground ginger 2 tsp. sugar Place chicken in shallow dish and cover with teriyaki sauce. Marinate for 2 to 4 hours. Turn twice. Broil or barbecue brushing frequently with sauce. |
