1 lb. Braunschweiger
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 env. onion soup mix
2 tbsp. milk, more may be needed

Put all ingredients in food processor and blend well. Scrape container onto wax paper and form into ball. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers.
