SALLY LUNN 
2 1/2 tablespoons milk
1/3 cup lukewarm water
3 tablespoons potato flakes
4 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon yeast

Rehydrate potato flakes in lukewarm water. Put all ingredients into bread machine or follow your user's manual. Select correct bread cycle and light crust color, then press start.

Recipe may be doubled for larger bread machines.
