CAROB WISPS 
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. carob powder
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. quick-cooking or old fashioned oats

In saucepan, mix honey, carob, butter, milk, vanilla and salt. Bring to boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in oats. Drop by teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets covered with waxed paper. Let cool. Refrigerate until firm.

Makes about 3 dozen candies.

Note: Don't make these on a humid or rainy day or if you live in a tropical or humid environment - they won't set up!
