COMMANDO'S CAROB CHIP PEANUT
BUTTER COOKIES
 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. fructose
2 eggs
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 cube butter (1/2 c.)
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. carob chips

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix flour, salt, baking powder and fructose. In separate bowl, mix milk, eggs, butter, and peanut butter. Add both together, then add chips.

NOTE: For carob chip cookies, eliminate peanut butter.

Bake for 8-12 minutes, depending upon size of cookies.
