CEDRIC'S CASSEROLE | |
Saute 1 med. onion in 3 tbsp. butter and heating through, but not browning 1/2 lb. ground meat 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tbsp. pepper Spread in 2 quart baking dish 3 cups coarsely shredded cabbage. Cover with meat mixture. Top with 3 cups (more) coarsely shredded cabbage. Pour over the top 10 1/2 ounce can condensed tomato soup. Bake covered. Temperature 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6. Suggests serving over rice. |
