PEPPERONI BREAD 
3 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
1 1/2 lbs. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Flour

Let bread thaw out and raise. Use a little flour to roll out dough. Roll out about the size of a 9"x13" pan. Brush with egg. Put a layer of pepperoni and use about 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese on each loaf. Roll into a loaf and put the seam down. Fold the ends over with seam down. Brush outside with egg. Start baking with oven on 250 degrees and after 5 minutes turn it up to 375 degrees until golden brown.
