TERIYAKI STEAK 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. flank steak

MARINADE:

1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. molasses
1/4 c. salad oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. soy sauce (rice)

Combine marinade ingredients in a glass jar; let stand 24 hours at room temperature. Marinade meat 89 hours, turning frequently. Remove meat and heat marinade and boil slowly 5 minutes.

Broil meat 10 minutes on first side, 5-7 minutes on second side. Slice thinly against grain. Serve with rice and with marinade (sparingly).
