2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Crisco oil
2 c. self rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. Delicious apples, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and eggs first. Add oil and 1 cup of flour at a time, then fold in apples and pecans. Cook at 325 degrees in an oblong pan for 1 hour or until firm and golden brown.
