HOMEMADE BREAD | |
8 c. flour 2 c. warm water 1 lg. cake yeast or 2 pkgs. dry yeast 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. salt 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. shortening Mix all ingredients together and let raise in pan. Work down, put into loaf pan and let raise two more hours. Makes two loaves and one pan rolls. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. |
