HOT BEAN SALAD (MEATLESS) 
3 cans (15 oz.) kidney beans; drained and rinsed
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies-chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all together and top with tortilla chips (optional) -can be served on side. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in an 8 x 12 or larger dish.
