POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning
1 1/2 c. water
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain excess fat. Add water, spaghetti seasoning and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Put mozzarella cheese on top and put in oven to keep warm.

Beat eggs, milk and oil with mixer until foamy. Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth. Pour over cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until brown and bubbly. Serve hot.
