MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lb. fresh green beans, cut & cooked not longer than 6-8 minutes
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 sm. head raw cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions

Marinate vegetables for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally, in the following dressing:

2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

When ready to serve, toss with 3 slices crisp, crumbled bacon, if desired.
