MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 sm. jar chopped pimientos, drained
2 bunches green onions, sliced

DRESSING:

3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients for dressing; bring to boil. Pour over above ingredients. Cover, let set overnight. Drain next day. Will keep 2 weeks refrigerated.
