HOT CHICKEN DISH 
1 (7 oz.) box croutons
2 lbs. chicken, skinned, boned & cut into chunks
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of water

Saute onion, celery and green pepper in the butter. Add the soups and water to pan, stir. Heat until hot. In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, arrange chicken chunks. Then pour over the croutons, the mixture of sauteed ingredients and soups. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove foil; bake an additional 30 minutes.
