FROSTY PINEAPPLE SALAD OR DESSERT | |
1 pt. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 lg. bananas, mashed 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, quartered Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stirring well. Add remaining ingredients and spoon mixture into paper cups set in muffin tins. Sprinkle cherries on top. Cover with saran wrap and freeze. Allow to thaw a little before serving. Will keep approximately 1 month in freezer. Makes 20-30 servings. |
