1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
4 oz. chocolate chips

Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg until blended. Press dough on ungreased cookie sheet until dough is 10 x 7 inches. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately arrange chocolate chips on top and return to oven. Let stand for 3 minutes. Spread chocolate over entire surface and cut into 2 x 1 inch bars. Cool.
