CHOCOLATE OAT MUNCHES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. 3-minute oats
1/2 c. chopped cashews

TOPPING:

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened, condensed milk
1 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter

Cream butter and brown sugar. Blend in egg and vanilla. Sift flours, soda and salt and mix into creamed mixture. Add oats and nuts. Press 3/4 of the mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine topping ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook until chips are melted. Spread over bottom crust and sprinkle with remaining crust mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into bars while still warm.
